Orlando International Airport

This is the airport we recommend. It is roughly 25-30 minutes from the venue and hotel. There are plenty of Ubers and shuttle services so you can avoid renting a car. Please let us know if you have any concerns about transportation.

We hope to have most of our guests stay with us at this hotel! They gave us a great deal on rooms and the hotel has TWO heated pools, firepits, and so much more. It is right across the street from quite a few restaurants and bars and just 5 minutes from the venue. ROOM PRICE: $159 per night.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES: The hotel charges a $10 per day per room destination fee. However! You also get a $10 credit per day to use at the hotel convenience store or bar so it evens out. Parking is $12 per day.

WHEN TO BOOK: Book as soon as possible. You have access to the discounted rate for the entire week between Jan 29, 2024 - Feb 7, 2024. The last day the discounted rate will be available to book is Jan 4, 2024.

TRANSPORTATION: If you stay at the hotel, we are looking at providing a shuttle from the venue back to the hotel after the wedding. Stay tuned!

We are hoping to have the majority of our guests stay in the same hotel but understand different limitations and desires. There are many options for Airbnbs. We would recommend staying in Lake Buena Vista as this will be the most convenient to the wedding festivities.
